Who are our products for?We provide a range of products for different skin types and needs. Our Beard Basket softens and strengthens hair follicles. Our Natural Beauty Bundles help to minimize acne breakouts and brighten the skin. Our products are mixed and matched to cater to the different skin types, ranging from oily to sensitive. Not every product will be for everyone, but there is something we have that will fulfill your skincare needs.

Are our products vegan?Our products are 100% vegan, and we do not source ingredients that contain animal byproducts. We are pleased to provide results that have less impact on animals and the planet!

What to do if you receive your products separated?Most of our products do not separate. Due to the change of seasons, temperatures dictate the consistency of cream products. If this happens, tightly close your container and shake it. Sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Allow the product to get to room temperature before using.

Can you test our products?We do offer sample sizes for all our products. All sample-size purchases come with a discount code for when and if you decide to purchase the full-size version.

Where do we ship to?We ship NATIONALLY ONLY! Due to temperature changes and possible product instability, we do not offer international shipping.

Do we offer refunds?Yes, we offer refunds within 30 days of purchase. If you notice our products are not working for you or experience an allergic reaction, you can fill out our refund form. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Can you pick up your order?At the time, orders are not available for pickup.

Do we deliver?We do offer the same delivery for the surrounding areas ONLY! Orders have to be placed before noon to be eligible for same-day shipping. Any orders made after noon will be delivered the following business day.
